Multi-line insurance brokerage with branches in Greater Vancouver is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative Trainee to work in one of the branches. Although the successful candidate is not required to have insurance experience, candidates must meet the following requirements:
(1) Mandarin / Cantonese speaking mandatory
(2) Proficiency in both written and spoken English
(3) Excellent communication skills
(4) Computer literacy
(5) Post-secondary education
We offer training for a general insurance license. The licensed Customer Service Representative will serve walk-in Autoplan, Homeowner and Travel Insurance Clients inside an office. Candidates are not required to bring in customers. We offer competitive salary and benefits (Group Insurance Benefits after 3 months; 3 weeks of vacation after 3 years of employment). Excellent prospects for advancement. Significant salary increase for reasonable performance after one year.
