Crown Pearls is a seawater pearl specialty store under the international high-end brand H-Pink Jewelry Inc. Since 2003, the founder has devoted herself to the research and collection of all kinds of natural and rare gemstones, and has five gem identification degrees from GIA, the world’s most authoritative gemological institution, which are Accredited Jewelry Professional Diploma (AJP), Graduate Pearl Diploma (GP), Graduate Diamond Diploma (GD), Graduate Colored Gemstone Diploma (GCS) and Graduate Gemologist Diploma (GG). As a professional precious gemologist, in recent years, H-Pink has become famous in the industry and it has developed rapidly. In 2013, the company was officially registered in Vancouver, Canada. In the same year, H-Pink jewelry cooperation club was established in Shanghai, China, which immediately became popular among socialites and celebrities. At the beginning of 2020, another jewelry studio was established in Guangzhou, China. Moreover, a gem identification center was also registered in Vancouver in the middle of the year. At present, in addition to the headquarters in downtown Vancouver, H-Pink is aiming to expand various jewelry branches, and Crown Pearls is one of them.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner and guide customers through the buying process, to provide the best possible sales experience.
• Answer customers’ questions about products, services, sales promotions, etc.
• Pay exceptional attention to product-related works such as displaying, replenishing, returning, and receiving incoming products.
• Daily store maintenance including opening and closing.

Requirements:

• Passionate about the brand and product
• Mandatory language skills: fluent English & Mandarin
• Cantonese and other language skills are preferred
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Jewelry-related work experience or knowledge is preferred

Schedule:

• Negotiable shifts and day range
• Store Opens Mon-Sun, holidays if needed

Pay:
Base salary + commission

Employee Training:
All employees will undergo unified training at the headquarters, and then take up positions in the West Vancouver store.
