*About the Role:
The Jr Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining our client’s paid ad campaigns, optimizing campaigns and reporting on the overall performance of all digital marketing campaigns through weekly/monthly/ final reports.
The candidate will work under our Digital Marketer, while simultaneously working closely with a team of project managers, clients and internal production team and is the key day-to-day person for digital campaigns. Additionally, the Jr Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for staying up-to-date with digital trends, digital media developments and competitive insights that may impact current and future operational tactics.
This is a 6 month contract term, and a successful candidate may expect to receive an extended offer should they display exemplary performance.

Responsibilities:
Assist and work alongside our in house digital marketing team
Set up accounts and analytics for Facebook and Google Ads Accounts
Update client requests for ads in a timely manner
Perform competitive analysis, research new opportunities, and use data to provide strategic insights and recommendations that support client growth
Monitor industry trends and apply best practices across accounts
Write clear and concise ad copy based on approved key messages
Develop accurate weekly, monthly, and/or daily reporting on performance by channel
Research and stay up-to-date on the identification of digital trends, digital media developments and competitive insights that may impact current/future operational tactics
Coordinate with other advertising and media experts to improve overall marketing results
Work independently and with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends
Engage and collaborate with project managers, clients, sales team, and management
Perform other related duties as required

This is an entry level position for candidates who are highly coachable, responsible, and excited to build a successful career in marketing and advertising. This is a fast-tracked position and we are seeking candidates who display significant intellectual curiosity, a history of professional responsibility, and a team-first mentality.
The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently while minimizing mistakes. Coordination experience is an asset.
Excellent time management skills: The right person needs to be able to juggle competing demands from multiple clients, meet deadlines and manage your own schedule
Basic familiarity of SEO/SEM, PPC, email, display advertising and media campaigns across all online channels (i.e.. Google, Facebook) and tools related to these (i.e.SEMrush)
Strong analytical skills
Very strong attention to detail
Ability to learn systems quickly and thoroughly (Analytics, Trello, Asana, TimeCamp, Slack, Scoro etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills (English required / Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese is a plus)
Excellent email etiquette and communicator
Enthusiastic attitude towards multiple assignments
Ability to make sound and timely decisions and solve problems under pressure
Understanding of small business culture
Is Team Oriented – willing to step in if team members need help
Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning
