*Core Responsibilities: *
* Meets and exceed sales goals, drives the sales floor – manages and motivates sales associates towards reaching their sales goals
* Provides excellent customer service
* Assesses customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
* Maintains in-stock and presentable condition
* Performs opening and closing operational procedures
*Requirements: *
* Prior retail experience and key-holder/management experience
* High-school graduate
* Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking (great asset, but not required)
* Computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.)
* 1 – 2 years of retail experience, luxury fashion sales experience preferred
