About us
Itosugi Kappo Cuisine is a small Japanese restaurant that dedicated to serve a tasting menu during dinner. Our company is looking for workers that shows extreme passion towards washoku (Japanese food), sushi and our local terroir. Experienced workers are preferred but not a necessary requirement.
Each seating we serve 8 customers (max up to 10 customers per service if they come in one group) and we will have two seating throughout dinner service. Kitchen Workers (including the owner) will have to do everything (dish washing, cooking, cleaning up prep area, collecting & distributing utensils, explaining dishes) to help the process of each service go through smoothly.
Each year we will go for 1-2 company trip for further staff development.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
