Our BC head office location is seeking a well-rounded, full-time Lab Technician to support our diverse and growing team.
What you will do: *
Responsible for molecular biology and immunology experiments
Responsible for daily documentation and record-keeping
Responsible for molecular cloning, ELISA, western blot, SDS-PAGE, and/or cell culture
Clean, sanitize, and disinfect laboratory equipment and facilities
Required: *
Bachelor or higher degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or cellular biology, immunology, molecular or related area
Attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with teams in the lab
A positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to go the extra mile to get it right
Preferred: *
Able to work flexible working hours when needed
Able to identify and solve problems, provide solutions, prioritize and multitask
Able to work under pressure
Professional in mannerism, appearance and must be a team player.
