YDL Immigration & Canimmi Education, located in Vancouver, Canada, is a registered and licensed immigration agency with dedicated departments for immigration, education, and legal services. We are currently seeking a highly professional and responsible Immigration Document Specialist and Assistant to join our team. This position involves assisting our clients with immigration documentation, including preparation, review, and submission of relevant application materials.
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a valid work status, such as work permit, PR card, or citizenship;
- Collaborate with RCIC to gather necessary documents and information, responsible for filling out and preparing all legal documents required for immigration and visa applications;
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, responsible for organizing and following up on the ducuments provided by clients, ensuring a smooth application process;
- Responsible for organizing and filling out visa and immigration application documents;
- Check the accuracy of documents and ensure that they meet the requirements;
- Proficient in form filling and information verification;
- In-depth research on relevant immigration policies, industry practices, case studies, and legal judgments (preferred);
- Responsible for preparing and providing various contracts and agreements to ensure legality and compliance;
- Ability to organize and compile successful case studies, collect the latest immigration information, and utilize software for content ediiting;
- Perform other document-related tasks assigned by the company;
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience, not necessarily in the field of immigration, but with excellent learning abilities and a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum IELTS score of 7.
- Strong emphasis on work detail, excellent ability to handle pressure, outstanding communication skills, and service-oriented mindset;
- Excellent document categorization and management skills to ensure effective workflow;
- Proficiency in various computer software, including but not limited to Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc;
- An awesome attitude towards problem solving
