Maintenance Worker
ZML Holdings Group Corporation is a private owned real estate company located in downtown Vancouver, specializing in real estate investment and commercial property management.
We are currently recruiting a maintenance worker. The position reports to the property manager and to ensure the property is cleaned,maintained, and always made safe to the highest standard。
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will perform such duties as are normally associated with the position of Maintenance worker and such other duties the company may reasonably request from time to time.
– Emergency On-Call Responder
– Site Inspections for trip hazards/safety concerns and maintenance issues
– Site clean-up including leaf blowing, garbage removal and disposal
– Site liaison between tenants/management/contractors
– Coordinating access with various contractors/technicians
– Meeting with various contractors for quotation/estimate purposes
– General maintenance including light replacement, painting, minor plumbing repairs
– Installation or overseeing installation and removal of Christmas decorations
– Inventory taking and supplies ordering
– Seasonal salting
– Pressure Washing
– Painting
– Window cleaning
– Ceiling tile replacement
– Minor curb/sidewalk/wall repairs
Qualifications needed:
- Maintenance: 2 year (Required)
- Able to converse and write in clear English, Mandarin a bonus
- Ability to work independently and completes work in a timely manner.
- Licence: Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) (Preferred)
- Experience completing handyman repairs, painting and minor plumbing/electrical experience.
- Able to work outdoors in ever-changing weather conditions.
