We are currently looking for a manager/principal. This is a great opportunity for someone who is well established in their career in Early Childhood Education as is looking to further their career.
A successful candidate would be
oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure that our extensive programs are carried out to our high standards.
Communicating & interacting positively with parents, coworkers, the children, Ministry licensing officers and owners
Responsible for all operational matters as it related to budget preparation and analysis, revenue reporting and analysis, purchasing, internal and external marketing, operational, strategic and employee policy development, incorporation of best practices and competitive bench-marking, hiring, scheduling and training of staff, and conducting monthly meeting with staff.
Director Qualification
Must have ECE certificate
Able to speak Mandarin/ Cantonese – Asset
Must have two year’s experience as a supervisor
Must have current First-Aid/CPR Certificate
have a strong understanding of child development and behavior
Excellent communication skills
be very organized
have good computer skills
have strong leadership & problem-solving skills and a strong ability to multi-task
Must look & present self in a professional manner
