Vancouver Laser and Skin Care Centre is looking for a Clinic Concierge who will be responsible for overseeing the schedule and assisting with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Greet and direct patients to their appointments
Maintain and turn over treatment rooms by following the cleanliness standards and procedures of company protocol
Organize and update product stock
Take patient photos
Help technicians in the treatment room
Maintain cleanliness throughout high touch points within the clinic
The successful applicant must have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, and demonstrate initiative.
This position is full time – 5 days a week including Saturdays. Must be available evenings and weekends, as required.
Salary is negotiable.
