DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Outreach

Identify new collaboration partners for B2C and B2B development in North America

Develop public relations strategies and programs with external parties
-
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, including but not limited to Public Relations, Corporate Collaboration, Social Media Marketing and Advertising for OSIM North America market

Leverages strong design skills and knowledge to conceptualize and create value-add content for digital and print channels to build awareness, drive interest and generate leads, including graphics for social media, email marketing, video, brochures, collateral, advertisements, postcards, websites and tradeshows banners.

Produce social media content in both English and Chinese across Facebook, Instagram and XiaoHongShu (Red)
General Marketing

Supporting each phase of campaign execution, including idea generation, planning, targeting, implementing and measurement

Work closely with the internal team and external suppliers to ensure all materials align with the brand standards and meet the usability requirements

Identify the marketing trends and conduct competitor analysis in a regular basis

Conducting market research and analyze trends to understand market needs and identify new marketing opportunities for OSIM in North America

Coordinate and oversee marketing projects and assist the team when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Public Relations or related fields

Excellent understanding of marketing principles

Previous experience in related marketing, media planning and communications field with a specific skill set

Passionate about social media platforms with understanding of social media trends, technology, features, and management tools for scheduling and reporting

Design skill and proficient with Adobe software, especially Adobe Illustrator

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for daily operation tasks

Self-motivated team player, willing to take initiative

Ability to prioritize, work effectively and simultaneously in a fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work
