Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute PR, Event and marketing plan
Explore new promotion channels and joint promotion opportunities
Assist to establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts and deliver consistent results
Drive traffic and engagements across various digital and social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, e-mail (MailChimp) and more
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all company functions are clear on marketing and sales objectives and are kept informed on progress or challenges in achieving those objectives
Identify trends and insights from sales record
Support the organization in coordinating major PR events and being present as the public figure during those events i.e. new store openings
Be proactive and creative in contributing content development and social media insights and research
Plan, execute and promote the public engagement programmes as needed
Job Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant business major
Minimum 1 year of experience in progressive sales and marketing
Experience and knowledge in the retail sales industry or restaurant industry, or a combination of both is desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is desired.
Marketing experience with a keen interest to stay up to date with current marketing trends
Proven skills to create and execute a marketing & sales plan and campaign
Energetic, creative, organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and a good team player
Strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to work alongside management team and present marketing plan, executional details and analytics
