Job Description
We need a Marketing Specialist to become part of our team. This role will be responsible for assisting our Marketing needs as well as acting as a general administrator for our Burnaby office.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
Collect and manage contents for BLMS’s kiosk broadcasting program;
Monitor the status of BLMS’s kiosks daily, analyze data and generate report for the team; report any unusual status immediately;
Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to clients and management team;
Assist in preparing and coordinating prequalification documents, RFP’s and proposals for new project opportunities;
Assist team to develop marketing strategies for both company’s and client’s projects, including websites, social media, design campaigns and soft articles;
Develop promotional and brand identity materials (including business card, websites, soft articles, flyers, digital campaigns, booklets, media kits and etc.) for BLMS’s services, and keep all materials up-to-date;
Create designs and soft articles upon client’s request;
Office Administration:
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory;
Collect and manage project contracts, invoices, and documents; store both the physical file and digital copies in place, and be able to locate files upon request;
Assist Managers with any administrative work, including data collection and report generation.
Requirement:
Strong organization and prioritization skills;
Proficiency with writing and editing Chinese articles;
Able and willing to learn the content management tool for BLMS’s kiosk;
Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) is a plus;
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs;
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;
Proficiency with WordPress is a must.
