Responsibilities:
- Customized community/social media strategy to attract new clients and achieve growth target.
- Responsible for improving the activity of the community, formulating targeted community activities base on market analysis.
- Evaluate business performance and review marketing programs efficiency, including examination of the effectiveness of the programs, in order to achieve best utilization of resources and maximization of sales and revenue growth.
- Cooperate with third-party communities and KOL to increase visibility and improved reputation.
- Responsible for conducting user research and competitive product analysis.
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies after reviewing historical operation data
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of community operation experiences.
- Familiar with blockchain and cryptocurrency will be an advantage.
- Experienced in operating local communities, including but not limited to DISCORD, telegram, twitter, etc.
- Sensitive to hot topics, able to screen potential users
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English.
