Responsibilities:
– Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including Math, Computer Science, and Special Education.
– Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
– Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
– Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to enhance student understanding and engagement.
– Monitor and track student performance to ensure academic goals are being met.
– Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
– Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, such as tutoring, classroom teaching, or special education.
– Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects being tutored.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
– Proficiency in computer skills and ability to utilize technology for educational purposes.
