Experience with laser treatments (2+ years) and basic product knowledge of the SkinCeuticals
Fluent English is important as well as this is customer service and sales position. Mandarin speaking would be a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Check clients in and out with Jane software
Answering incoming calls and scheduling clients’ appointments
Performing consultations in-person and over the phone with clients to determine their full needs for treatment
Set up products and treatment rooms
Perform laser treatments
Assist Physician-during treatments
Housekeeping and cleaning duties
First 3 months will be at probation with a competitive wage based on your experience and then if targets are achieved, compensation will be increased!. Additional salary bonuses are payable if certain sales targets are met.
We have a bonus program based on sales goals and commission structure on all treatments!
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week
