Key Responsabilities –
-Effectively administer treatments on a variety of modalities.
-Provide us with educational credentials from a laser school and have a solid understanding of lasers and laser physics.
-Recommend retail products best suited for the patient based on their skin concerns.
-Work in a well organized fast-paced environment.
-Collaborate in a team-based setting to recommend and deliver result focused treatment plans.
-Assist in performing administrative duties such as: answering phones, scheduling appointments and charting.
-Maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.-Attend work reliably with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
What you bring to our team –
– Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
– Diploma of professional studies in aesthetics.
-Superior understanding of skin, skincare, and up to date laser and laser physics knowledge.
-A high level of professionalism, performance, and care in personal presentation.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-A passion for the industry, and a desire to build positive, long-lasting clinician-patient relationships.
-A desire and willingness to learn and grow within the position and our company.
-Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to adapt and respond and quickly to changing priorities.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Diploma in photoepilation or certification on platforms specific to medical aesthetic clinics, an asset.
-Experience with Zenoti will be an asset.
