Full Job Description
We are currently hiring a Monitoring Coordinator to start ASAP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with principals, school staff, international students, and parents/agents
- Provide on-going counselling, dispute resolution, and mediation for international students and homestay when needed
- Assist international students in adjusting to a Canadian lifestyle
- Assist international students and homestays in case of emergency
- Conduct school visits and parent-teacher interviews
- Conduct homestay follow up visits on a bi-monthly basis
- Provide a detailed, written report for each homestay follow up visit
- Provide in-person and/or over-the-phone interpretation for international students
- Provide on-time records to bookkeeping for monthly homestay payments
- Arrange for airport pick up and drop off service for international students
- Update and maintain the Choice Homestay website
- Update and maintain the SCRM system
- Provide general administrative support to the General Manager
- Any other duties assigned by the General Manager from time to time

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Able to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
