Eyesonic is hiring for a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our operations at Richmond B.C office ;
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, relay telephone calls and messages
- Performs a variety of clerical duties
- Process business mail, package & arrange courier
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Prepare sales order to customer & purchase order to vendor
- Provide assistance to other team members as needed
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
- Basic accounting activities
- Strong Knowledge of Quick Books & MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications and Skills
- Two (2) year of experience in administrative
- Proficient written and oral English skills, or Chinese considered an asset
Notes: Valid Driver License needed, there is no public transportation nearby
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
