Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office and handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Experience and knowledge in Accounting will be a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage office paperwork, including:
- Establish and manage documents, drafts, templates and reports
- Handle mails and emails
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Write and draft contract
- Prepare information and research materials
- Handle Job posting and HR related tasks
- Assist and support marketing related tasks
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
Establish work priorities, delegate work to other teams, and ensure deadlines are met.
Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
Other related duties, as required.
Qualifications
Bilingual Mandarin and english.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google (Google doc, Google sheet).
Proficient with Adobe (PDF readers, Adobe Acrobat).
Proficient with G-Suite and Google Drive.
Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Experience in Administrative Support roles is required.
Human Resource or Marketing background will be a plus.
General knowledge in Bookkeeping/Accounting will be a plus.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Due to Covid-19, the work environment is temporarily hybrid – 2-3 days in office and 2-3 days working from home.
