Full Job Description
The administrative assistant provide supports to the team to ensure that company goal and objectives are accomplished, and operation run efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform administrative and office support, such as prepare product information or documents as required by management
· Assist on updating customer and products profile in system
· Organize online orders and maintain client relationship
· Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance to keep the store’s selling efficient
· Update and maintain company policies and procedures
· Assist with the HR tasks, such as recruitment process, orientation of new staff, update of employee record, completion of termination paperwork and exit interviews.
· Maintain filling system and contract selling database in a confidential manner (accounting)
· Accounts payable verification

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- office administration: 1 year (preferred)
