Office Assistant
Duties:
· Prepare and maintain client records
· Assist preparing client files as instructed
· Assist in day to day activities for smooth flow of activities in the office
· Assist clients with documents and other work-related inquiries
· Maintain office equipment, cleanliness.
· Prepare and maintain legal forms and documents for clients
Qualifications:
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
