Responsibilities: *
· Assist various daily work and company operations;
· Responsible for the supervision, processing, feedback and follow-up of customer related documents;
· Assist the marketing department and company activities;
· Responsible for receiving and conveying customer documents, letters, correspondence and telegrams;
· Answering phone calls/emails/SMS and Wechat messages professionally;
· Scheduling appointments and coordinate accordingly;
· Communicating with clients, fund companies, insurance companies and councils;
· Preparing, processing, filing applications and follow up to ensure everything is done properly;
· Assist clients’ application and ensure everything goes smoothly;
· Set up all admin/paperwork/client service and marketing procedures;
· Prepare working reports required by Company Director.
Requirements: *
· Proficient in written English, fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Preferred);
· High attention/responsibility to details;
· Experienced in computer operation particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
· Good at communication skill;
· Bachelor degree or above in administration, business management, market management, human resources management, finance, etc. is preferable;
· Good image, with more than one year of relevant work experience is preferred;
· Good teamwork spirit, high work efficiency, attentiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity;
· Comprehensive knowledge structure, strong learning ability, can be familiar with a new field work in a short time and efficiently, and quickly grasp relevant knowledge about the company’s business.
