Role Summary
– A Richmond business requires a full-time Office Assistant immediately. Candidate should have strong interpersonal, writing, listening and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and time constraint, and organizational skills to master billing/expenses, adopting a confidential approach to all tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Attend to incoming phone calls;
– Maintain office stationery supplies;
– Maintain office equipment and call for repairs where necessary;
– Maintain and file records, scanning and copying of documents;
– Prepare correspondence;
– Conduct online searches;
– Any other general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
– Organized and able to multi-task as well as adapt to changes;
– Flexible and able to respond quickly to requests;
– With honesty and integrity;
– Detailed oriented;
– Thrives on completing tasks to an excellent standard;
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
– Proficient in speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
