ZML Holdings Group Corporation is a growing real estate company located in downtown Vancouver, specializing in real estate investment and commercial property management.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This is a position that requires maturity, agility, time management, and creativity as it will involve a variety of tasks.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1.Fully manage and administer daily activities of HR & Admin Department and others routine works.
2. Perform the assigned tasks by Management Team.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree and 5+ years in a HR & Admin management position
High proficiency in MS Office suite – Word, Excel, etc.
with a background of education in law school or experience in reviewing legal contracts is preferred
Be fluent in Mandarin and English. Have strong interpreting and translation skills in verbal and writing
Salary depends on experience
