We are looking for a self-motivated and independent individual to build a new practice and new team. Previous dental or orthodontic experience is not necessary, but excellent communication skills and years of demonstrated leadership are a must! Previous managerial, sales, or marketing experience is also a plus.
The position of office manager is an opportunity to work in partnership with our doctor to lead a team towards orthodontic excellence and unparalleled customer service. Responsibilities include marketing, PR, new patient onboarding, financial and insurance coordination and building an amazing team. Our office is committed to providing an amazing patient experience and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build out that vision.
Extensive and ongoing training will be provided and there will be opportunity to grow in responsibilities as the office grows.
No previous dental, orthodontic, or health care experience needed
Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
Parking or transit pass will be included.
The position is full time. The hours/days are flexible but the ideal candidate must be able to work on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
If desired, there may be an opportunity to work from home for some of the hours.
Expected start date: 2020-11-02 or later depending on applicant’s availability
