OFFICE Manager ( Mandarin & English language)

Central Commercial & Residential is the busy HVAC company with amazing working atmosphere and always looking for great people like you .
Education and Skills Requirement:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field;
• \* Must speak English AND Mandarin;
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Open the office each morning and prepare it for use.
• Telephone Management
• Process (and deliver) incoming and outgoing daily mails
• Provide office support to agents
• Prepare commission demand and distribute commission
• Apply for permits
• Check transaction files for compliance
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English (English/Chinese bilingual is required)
• Office experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person who is eager to learn
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping skill
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Must be well organized, detail-oriented and ability to prioritize and multi-task a variable workload

Compensation to be determined based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
