Within this position, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of duties. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Smoothen our Realtors On-boarding process.
- Arrange on-boarding training for our Realtors.
- Manage the full cycle and overall pre-screen interview
- Designing and managing job postings and job descriptions while devising creative solutions to attract top talent.
- Screening candidates by reviewing job applications, performing phone screens, and conducting initial interviews.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recruitment/ Onboarding experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, and/or Marketing preferred
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be a plus
