Our purpose is to empower you and your loved ones to age with strength, determination and passion. We are an experience-based showroom providing high-quality assistive devices, medical equipment, wellness, furniture, Bathroom & Kitchen outfitting products that can be delivered straight to customers’ doors at reasonable pricing, providing services to the Greater Vancouver Area and the rest of Canada.
Now we are expanding our operation team. We are opening a new 13,000 sqft complex retail space which contains

Role and Responsibilities
Routine Work
o Provide retail services for customers
o Assist with uploading product information to Shopify sales system and our website;
o Liaise with existing suppliers; assist the team to place the order, track the shipping and take charge of post-sales services;
o Looking for new products/suppliers of senior essentials and smart home devices (for seniors);
o Manage social media (WeChat Official Account/group chat, Facebook);
o Assist with preparing and standardizing orientation/product training material;
Challenging Work
o Take charge of managing the renovation work of the 13,000 Sqft
o Take charge of sourcing and contacting suppliers for refrigeration systems, electricity
o Design and organize flea market in the 13,000 Sqft
o Plan and execute the marketing strategy for events like a flea market and product presentation
o Design and edit posters with Photoshop
o Direct and make device open box videos
o Other activities
Qualifications and Education Requirements
o Can speak Mandarin
o Solid computer skills and online researching skills;
o Excellent in written and verbal English;
o Detail- Oriented;
o Strong execution;
o Creative and thorough mind;
o Good at communication and have strong writing skills;
o Good at time management;
o Able to work independently;
Preferred Skills
o Retail experience;
o Previous experience in retail marketing, event planning, consumer marketing, healthcare marketing, communications or market research;
o Home health care and medical industry experience;
o Mechanical, electrical, civil knowledge
o Preferred Major (but not limited to) Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering or Healthcare, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Web Design, etc.;
o Know how to edit pictures and make videos.
o Fluent in Cantonese is an asset.
o Have a vehicle.
