Full Job Description
This position will be responsible for administrative coordination of deliveries, working with clients, vendors and warehouse personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate consistently with clients, dispatchers, vendors, and other service providers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
 - Will be responsible for maintaining Key Accounts, inventory control, and other inquires on a timely manner.
 - Input customer orders through our e-Freight Management and Lisa inventory system.
 - Work with other Department and clients to ensure that all documents are received/submitted before/on the deadline date.
 - Prepare receiving and delivery documents and container load plans for customers, truckers, and internal staff.
 - Maintain quality results by following export standards, procedures, and regulations.
 - Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing clients of the status of their bookings/documents and respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and requirements.
 - Maintain professional communication with all departments to provide feasible and sustainable service to clients.
 - Requirements/Qualifications:
 - Strong customer service and communication skills.
 - 2 years of experience and knowledge of International Ocean Exports or Warehousing.
 - Minimum typing speed: 45 wpm with accuracy
 - Basic computer skills; Microsoft office, email, internet explorer, etc. and ability to learn proprietary business software applications
 - Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work load in order to meet numerous deadlines.
 - Positive attitude, good team player, friendly, outgoing personality.
 - Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
 - Attention to details
 - If you speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese, it would be a huge asset to the position. ** Working days: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
 - ** Candidate(s) must own vehicle. Public transportation is not available at Mitchell Island, Richmond.
