[Part-time 5:30pm to 12:00am] Restaurant Service Leader – Mandarin & English

Hotpot Palace combines hotpot cuisines from various origins, and presents a great selection of featured soup broth, exquisite import delicacies and fresh local ingredients, so people can enjoy different styles of Asian hotpot in North America. We have three private dining rooms accommodate groups from 10 to 12 and one semi-open barroom.

Main duties:

Greeting and seating customers.
Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serving food and alcohol.
Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
Placing to-go orders.
Quality checks.
Preparing bill and processing payment.
Reconciling daily cash transactions.
Handling guest concerns with the support of the management team.
Qualified candidates must have a strong work ethic, ability to stay calm under pressure and a willingness to learn.

Working day: Tue to Sunday ( 5:30pm to 12:00am )

Bilingual in Mandarin.
