Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Deliver an excellent and consistent customer experience.
Identify customers’ needs and leverage in-depth product knowledge to drive sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Open and close store effectively and in a timely manner.
Flexibility with your schedule: availability to work two closing shifts per week; minimum of three Saturdays and two Sundays per month; annual inventory; key selling periods, including the holiday season (November and December).
We would like to meet you if you possess:
2 or more years as a sales or customer service associate with sales targets
Proficiency with computers and Point of Sale terminals, basic arithmetic
Ability to lift and move items, up to 50lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Good reading and written language skills
Proof of identity and eligibility for employment in Canada
