RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Appropriate Initial communication with new prospects about Ecocation
Manage WeChat communication, support incoming requests and report to the management
Assist on sales and promotion of Ecocation and organize the registration. Collect the required forms and information needed for enrollment and customer relationship management.
Assist to collect payments. Make timely reminders and prepare receipts. Follow Up with any other concerns regarding payment.
Assist to set up WeChat groups for classes and send class reminders and recaps.
Assist with logistics arrangements for each class.
Greet and co-prepare to get class started. Co-assist the safety of the class.
Assist on class documentation.
Monitor attendance and maintain close contact with clients who miss, cancel classes or any other changes occur. Coordinate with educators for make-up classes and consult with directors about cancellation refunds.
Assist educators to collect feedback on the outdoor programs and student’s progress or family needs when translation is needed.
Resolve client conflicts and direct complaints to educators and/or directors as appropriate.
Provide translation services on demand as required.
Develop efficient ways of promotion Ecocation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
Interests in the outdoor environment
Has an educational background
Minimum of one year of customer support experience, preferably with experience in the education industry
Two successful reference checks
Interests/strengths in photography is an asset
Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certificate is an asset
BC driver’s license is preferred

We blend the essence of Montessori, Reggio, and Waldorf to focus on nature. With children’s curiosity as the leader, and the educator as the guide, nature is the classroom where unique experiences await the children.
Ecocation provides a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment for children mainly aged 3-5 years. The classes are held at parks, beaches, mountains, and many more in the Greater Vancouver area rain or shine!
Your role is crucial and works together with the team to create a strong bond of respect, love, and acceptance to the children’s development in the setting of a very close community.
