Part-time Sales Agent

One Plus Solutions Inc, a subsidiary of Columbia Security Systems Group of Companies is looking for Part-time Sales Agent.

We are looking for part-time dynamic and driven COMMITTED individuals who can assist us with our sales and lead generation. As the first point of contact for potential clients, first impressions are crucial. You will report directly to Director of Sales and collaborate with prospective clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking for sideline income and enjoy talking to people. You will be responsible for providing various security systems & services to our residential and commercial clients as well as introducing Government subsidy programs for small business.

This position is COMMISSION BASED.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating leads by networking, cold calling and building relationships with businesses
• Seeking out and engaging with business on company and our products
• Maintaining accurate customers profile
• Solicitation of client documents and information
• Provide feedback to Director of Sales that will help improve team’s prospecting and demand generation efforts

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Previous sale experiences is not mandatory but is a big asset
• Must work well independently and require minimal supervision
• Willingness to commute locally around Metro Vancouver
• Natural ability to connect with people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Multilingual is a plus (preferably Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi)
• Ability to read, write and understand English proficiently
• Must be a Canadian with permenant resident status

A majority of your time will be on the road. A personal vehicle is definitely beneficial. You will only be required to report to the office for sales meetings.
