Responsibilities
Analyze user needs, design functional prototypes for websites and APPS; responsible for landing, upgrading, and continuous optimization of process-wide products.
Collect and analyze user feedback to tap into the real needs of users.
Optimize and manage existing products to ensure rapid product update iterations.
In the user experience, product structure logic, functions and other multi-faceted products to control.
Take on basic operational tasks and product innovation.
Use data to identify current product issues and develop optimization plans to drive solutions.
Organize and drive product design and development of on-line processes.
Follow and analyze competitive intelligence.
Requirements
More than 6 years of website design, client design, and operational experience.
Excellent logical thinking ability and independent thinking; sensitive to data, able to find problems from the data, and solve problems.
Experienced in many independent projects and successfully responsible/involved in the entire production process.
Fluent in user experience, interactive design theory knowledge.
Open-minded, good at innovation, strong logical analysis ability and data sensitivity.
Strong ability to resist pressure, responsible for the work, complete the work activity.
