Evergreen Rehab & Wellness is the industry leading multi-disciplinary clinic with
3 prime locations: Burquitlam, Coquitlam/Guildford, Surrey/Willoughby, Langley.
We are looking for that one like-minded Physiotherapist who is hard-working and dedicated to a team type environment in order to fit in with our team in Coquitlam (Burquitlam) Clinic.
The right candidate will be working in fully equipped treatment rooms located right next to a busy Medical clinic, and will have 5 Chiropractors, 5 Physiotherapists, 3 Kinesiologists, 10 RMTs, 4 Acupuncturists, and 2 Clinical Counsellors working in the same office.
We are a family of practitioners who all get along extremely well and we work hard to support each other through the trials and tribulations of daily practice. If you are a new grad or recent grad need guidance in your practice, we have some great mentors in different disciplines willing and ready to help.
We are located in one of the busiest neighborhoods in Tri-cities
High traffic area/21 new high-rises/a tons of walk-ins/active cross-referrals between practitioners/High number of ICBC cases/Direct referrals from MDs
We will provide following services to the right candidate:
-Online booking system (Janeapp) for easy management of your clients,
-Full access to Electronic charting and billing software
-Fully equipped treatment room with supplies
-Full time reception and back up office assistants/managers
-Full support on Web marketing/SNS/Youtube.
-In-house cross referral group (optional) to support your practice
-Mentorship from the clinic directors and senior practitioners
Responsibilities and Duties
-Assessment/Treatment of patients
-Communication with ICBC/insurance companies/other healthcare practitioners/ and other members of the team
-Charting/documenting all the progress of the patients and successfully submit the patients records upon request
– We are looking for candidate willing to work on Monday (2-8pm) Wednesday (3:30pm to 8pm) Thursday (8am to 2pm) Friday (2-8pm) Sunday (9am to 5pm) primarily, but we can always adjust schedules when we have more availabilities down to road.
Qualifications and Skills
The features we are looking for:
– Member of good standing of CPTBC. Holding professional liability insurance with full coverage
– Team oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
– Willingness to work with the other professionals are very important.
– The right candidate is someone with open mind and willing to learn.
– Knowledge and experience in handling ICBC cases is a strong asset, but it is not a must.
– We will provide all the training and guidance necessary for your successful growth.
– Speaking another language is an asset. (e.g Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc)
