Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer will ensure all personnel understand and adhere to all aspects of the MIMA-PRO’s Quality Management System (QMS).
As the Quality Engineer you will fulfill the role of MIMA-PRO Quality Manager and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be utilized to interact and communicate effectively with other companies. You will help facilitate the MIMA-PRO project working with MIMA-PROs General Manager, its customer base, contract manufacturers and any related contracting service providers to support this project and ensure timely delivery of the products meeting all regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Supervise implementation of Quality of Plans for MIMA-PRO
Review manufacturing quality data for evidence that processes are under control
Provide guidance and, where necessary, direction to vendors and internal process owners in order to drive process improvements
Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality
Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve product quality
Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards
Our Ideal Candidate Brings:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in development and implementation of quality systems in a manufacturing and engineering environment. Experience in the medical device field is preferred
Bachelor degree ideally in Engineering or Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least one of the following certification is required: ASQ Quality Engineer, Lead ISO 13485 Auditor, Lead ISO 17025 Auditor or equivalent
Strong decision making ability with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills (collaborate, facilitate, and negotiate)
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful conclusions and direction from complex data sets
Mandarin is required and English proficiency is desirable.
