Anika Kirpal Real Estate is looking for a part-time assistant (WEEKENDS ONLY SAT & SUN). Must be fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese.
Your tasks will include the following, but not limited to:
– Placing open house signs around the property.
– Greeting clients and providing the information packages.
-Assisting during open house.
-Organizing all documentation in proper order.
-Making follow-up calls to potential buyers.
-Communicating with Agents who have buyers interested in our listings to help answer questions and assist in generating offers.
-Communication with Buyers, Sellers and Vendors while providing an exceptional customer service.
-Scheduling walk-throughs, possessions, key transfers, and communicating with our client as well as the cooperating Realtor and our vendors.
Experience:
-Admin real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
-Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Can start as early as next week. Must be able to travel to BURNABY.
Expected start date: 2020-11-01
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
