Roles and Responsibilities
· Provide various administrative and secretarial duties in support of the office
· Greet walk-in customers and direct them to contacts or service area
· Answer telephone calls and electronic inquires and transfer calls and messages
· Provide admin support to internal customers
· Monitor the usage of the office supplies and maintain inventory
· Communicate and manage outsourced contractors including telephone system, internet system and printer etc
· Coordinate with property management office
· Screen incoming letters, emails and distribute and forward to responsible person
. Uploading real estate listings
. Maintain office devices
Qualification
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative and Office Management
· 2 years or more of previous experience in an responsible administrative position
· Demonstrate advanced level of competency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to work independently and under pressure with deadlines
· Ability to plan and coordinate special events
· Language: English, Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$28.37 per hour
