Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and serving walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting in the maintenance and presentation of showroom
- Handing email enquiries
- Managing purchase order process; coordinating with sales team and external suppliers
- Creating and designing promotional materials
- Creating, managing updating social media platforms and accounts
- Assisting managers in the coordination and operation of projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills both on the phone and in person
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
- Have strong work ethics and able to cooperative with others in a diverse team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Superior problem solving skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms is an asset (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc) * Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to speak in Chinese is an asset
Schedule: Monday – Friday, from 8:30am – 5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Salary: $18.00 per hour
