Responsibilities and Duties
A Receptionist/Marketing Coordinator must always perform their duties in line with the organization’s policy and procedures, service standards, and code of practice. They should operate within their level of authority and responsibilities.
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- provide pricing and delivery information
- perform customer verification
- assist customers in setting up new accounts
- process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Relevant work experience will be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese an asset
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Chinese
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and other computer software
- knowledge of office operation procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.09-$20.68 per hour
