This position has a high possibility of becoming permanent.
Job Duties*:
responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment, including but not limited to preparing job postings, screening resumes, conducting phone screening, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to management and executive;
pro-actively source candidates and build a pipeline of international students through liaising with various external channels;
assist in special events and market communications to attract targeted candidates;
coordinate career development training courses;
Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications*:
minimum of two years’ experience in international student recruitment;
minimum one year of sales or marketing experience;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
fluency in Mandarin and English language is preferred;
proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
strong time management and organizational skills.
