Experience:
Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Job duties:
Identify business needs and open positions
Prepare and publish job postings on several job boards and make sure they match open positions
Phone screen and advise on job requirements for possible candidates
Conduct in-person interviews
Coordinate and participate in the selection process
Notify successful applicants of next steps and decisions
Work closely with HR Manager to improve recruitment strategy and planning
Fill-in for an Administrative Coordinator and a Scheduler when they are off work
Requirement:
Completion of college diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field in business administration
Previous experience in recruitment
Strong administration and organization skills
Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in Office software, especially Excel spreadsheet
Excellent verbal and written communication
Mandarin is required
