Job Title: Relief Pharmacist
Location: Burnaby or Vancouver
Pay: $55-60/hr
Hours: 10AM-6PM, M-F
Contract dates: Feb 6th – March 12th and April 24th – May 8th

Responsibilities:
- Checking prescriptions to ensure proper dosage
- Calculating, measuring and mixing the quantities of prescribed drug and other ingredients
- Dispensing prescribed pharmaceuticals to customers and communicate dosage amount, adverse effects and other important indications
- Advising customers on selection and use of non-prescription drugs
- Maintaining medication profiles of customers
- Ordering and maintaining stock of pharmaceutical supplies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the BC college of pharmacists
- A minimum of one year experience in a busy pharmacy setting is considered to be a strong asset
- High level of interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Prior system experience is NOT required
- No methadone, Injection certification is an asset but not necessary
