In order to achieve the vision of the company, BEIJING DUCK RESTAURANT in Vancouver is hiring the catering elites to join our team, High Tips in town!
General Manager 1 Position:
Requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, at least 5 years or more comprehensive dining management experience in North America and five years of management experience as a restaurant general manager.
Job duties: Delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service; managing staff. Organize, direct and control the operations of the restaurant, Recommend type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Recruit staff and oversee staff training, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Salary: $50 /hour
