Job Overview
CamelCo is a comprehensive shop for seniors, located in Richmond BC, since 2017. We are beyond a regular retail store. We are one-stop shop for seniors, we have walk-in clinic, pharmacy and flower shop.
Our business has a fast pace working environment. This challenging position requires one person to work independently as well as provide strong support to the team. Your quick learning ability and strong communication skill will be your key to success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide sales service;
- Drive Sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm;
- Assist with phone call or walk-in customer inquiries;
- Assist with inventory check;
- Liaise with existing suppliers; assist the team in placing the order, tracking the shipment and taking charge of post-sales services;
- Manage social media (WeChat Official Account/group chat, Facebook);
- Assist with preparing and standardizing orientation/product training material.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Meeting sales goals;
- Client relationships;
- Motivation for sales;
- Excellent in written and verbal English;
- Can speak Mandarin;
- Solid computer skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in sales and marketing;
- Details-oriented;
- Strong execution.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in the retail industry;
- Fluent in Cantonese is an asset;
- Previous experience in the Flower Shop.
