Retail Supervisor Duties: – Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store – Manage and supervise a team of retail associates – Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times – Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed – Train new employees on store policies and procedures – Conduct performance evaluations for staff members – Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner – Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer traffic – Maintain a clean and organized store environment Qualifications: – Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role – Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems – Excellent leadership and communication skills – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively – Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals – Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members – Familiarity with payroll processes and time management systems If you have a passion for retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team, we want to hear from you!
