Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Manage a small team of Sales Representatives, helping with all issues, training and day to day operations.
- Greet customers who enter the presentation center, offer information about our projects and give tours of our upcoming Show Home.
- Actively maintain the company’s reputation and promote the Real Estate.
- Complete all sales training and train all new Sales Representatives at HOMEI Group.
- Must have a strong customer service background and love talking to the public.
- Review weekly sales reports and create strategies to boost sales at HOMEI Group.
- Keep in touch with former and existing customers, building strong relationships with all of our clients.
- Assist in solving customers’ after-sales issues and provide ongoing support for all of our clients.
- Help to develop marketing strategies and meet sales targets as per weekly company goals.
- Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the facilities at the sales site.
- Mandarin-speaking will be an asset but not a requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
