Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. . As the Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, being professionals to achieve ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
- Need to Actively assist company to explore the Canadian market

- understand market demand , ensure products and prices are competitive and attractive
- developing and planning market techniques to ensure implementation results
- Assisting company in establishing a professional image

- Monitor advertising companies to implement promotion effects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales field
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
- Fluent in English , moderate in Cantonese and Mandarin would be preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Hard working and with efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00-$39,000.44 per year
Additional pay:
