• Answers phones and electronic inquiries from overseas clients.
• Schedules appointments w/potential clients in person, phone or via Skype.
• Interprets mandarin into English and vice versa for an immigration consulting firm.
• Translates documents Mandarin/English – English/Mandarin.
• Issues checklists to clients and gather documents from overseas clients
• Prepare correspondence, presentations and company’s brochures
• Coordinate with case processing department and update clients.
• Make travel arrangements for international travels and oversee investors willing to invest in Canada.
• Organize conferences and seminar via web or in person.
Wages $ 23.00/hr. for 35 hrs/week

Skills requirement:
• Completion of Secondary Education is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Fluent in English (written, spoken, read) and Mandarin (written, spoken, read).
• Willing to travel to China for conference and seminars
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work evenings from 3 pm to 10 pm from Sundays to Thursdays.
